Jenny Hastings is the founder of Inspiring Achievement Ltd.
She is a qualified professional NLP coach and mentor and a
protégé member of The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest
coaching and mentoring organisation.

She has extensive business management experience having worked
both within private and public sector organisations. The past
five years have been spent as a senior manager responsible for
the delivery of a series of complex corporate organisational
change programmes both within local government and in
partnership with other public sector bodies.
